ASP & Form Results
Originally posted by : Louisa (louisa@mahirmale.com)
Hello

I've made a basic form in FrontPage 98 that consists of one line test boxes, drop-down menus e.t.c. The results are posted back in a basic list format. The form is to replace one that is currently filled in on paper and will then be filed away. However, the way in which the results are currently posted back are no good to me.
Is there any way that I can get the actual form posted back to the results page, and not just a list of results? Does anyone know any code for sending the form results in the exact format or similar appearance to the actual form page??

I've been told that I'll have to do this using ASP but am clueless on how to go about this. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

Large Thanks
However, as I've never used ASP before, I don't know how to go about this. Could anyone give me any tips on this or point me to some good sites that have tutorials or scripts relevant to tweaking forms or form results using ASP???

Thanks again.
------------
steve at 6/14/2000 9:49:37 AM

you could format an xml file, or use asp to format it into html.

------------
Louisa at 6/13/2000 6:24:12 AM

Hello

I've made a basic form in FrontPage 98 that consists of one line test boxes, drop-down menus e.t.c.
