VBScript - Database - General - Create RSS from Database Query

I have spent what seems like weeks trying to figure out, how to query my database using vbscript and then present it as an RSS feed. I have tried various scripts that were supposed to do this but have as yet been unable to get anything to work that can get verified through the W3Schools feed verifier.

If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate hearing your ideas.
