Help with email form please?

I built the ratpackpianobar dot com website ages ago and initially got help creating a form which incorporated a sendmail.asp feature on the members page.

However, I am now trying to create a second form for the corporate page, but it will contain different fields etc. The trouble is, it was so long ago that I created the first form and I am a complete begginer on ASP (i did get help before).

Do I create a 2nd .asp file? called sendmail2.asp? then point the html at that? If so I tried that but it did not work. There is also a template.txt file that I know is relative to the first form (I think this contains details about how to payout the email that goes to the bar), do I need to create another *.txt file?

Would really appreciate someones help here.

yes, you'll have to build another ASP file and point your new
form with the different fields on that file.
the new ASP file should have different code though, if you
get any errors post full error message and relevant code.

regarding the template file you'll have to post relevant code
and tell us more: what exactly does this file contain?
what need to be changed?

now I'm getting http 500 internal data error with my original form that used to work great.

Think I need to start from scratch and learn this asp. Can someone please point me in direction of the best online instruction. How to make email contact forms for village idiots as really I'm a novice on this but intermediate level on dreamweaver?
