How to Print Loop Records with prefix header

How to Print Database report page from browser with fixed repeated header on each page
I have almost 1000 records in a database. I want to generate a report page (webpage) showing the data.
The report page is generated successfully. But in the print preview of the browser from which I want to print,
the fixed table header is shown on the first page alone. I want the fixed table header to repeat on each page.
In other words, the fixed table header should be looped too along with the records in each page.
How to go about it? Any idea?
