Possible to COMMIT an oracle database using ASP?

Originally posted by : Martin Burford (mburford@hof.co.uk)
Can anyone help me with this request?

I am writing data to an Oracle database using ADO and need to know how to commit the oracle table I am inserting data into everytime that data is sent to that table. This is because the web interface that the database is running off is constantly showing details that are no longer relevant (having been deleted or updated). A commit command would only save the latest version of the database, and thus would only ever be displaying the relevant live data

Cheers for your help
Martin
