VBScript - Discussion - Providing security when downloading files from a website

Hi,

I am developing a website which sells templates and tools for business and as such once the payment is accepted, the user needs to be able to download the program/files they purchased.

Can anyone suggest whats the best way to go about providing download functionality and secure the programs and masking the file URL?

I am using ASP for my developemt and the website runs on an access database.

Any help would be very great
