Where can I find the script...?

Could you please tell me where can I find the script (in asp.net) which can re-size the image height and width?

Is there a way to not resize but generate a thumbnail of the image and upload both of the files into differnt folders it poss, or same it is has too.

and a way to have it detect if its an image and send it to one folder other wise send it somewhere else?
