A quick giggle at MS expense

I was reading an article in a rubbish mag my dad bourght and was reading about people who have registered by one person, then companies complaining to Nominet or ICANN and the like and the little people loosing there domain names.

However a 17 year old has a site register under www.mikerowesoft.com as his name is Mike Rowe and he thought it would be funny to have a name phonetically identical to microsoft. The layers for MS where forced to back down and he still holds the name today.

wow.... this is ancient history! I was member and moderator in Mike Rowe forums, until they got hacked by administrator who was in love with Mike and was disappointed when Mike didn't want him - so he ruined the whole forums.

What a story of david vs. goliath, followed by david's rise to the top, followed by a downfall involving scandal / intrigue / homosexual crush. Sounds like something HBO would put together - they should make a MikeRoweMovie.
