Here a couple of websites:
ASP.NET w3schools You could probably find a lot more by just doing a quick search on Google. As for books, I'm not to sure. Sams Publishing is not to bad. There's another book I know by Zak Ruvalcaba called "Build Your Own ASP.NET Website using C# and VB.NET." I liked that one. I would just read the content of any book before you buy it and be sure it suits what you're looking for. But I would just stay away from the Microsoft Press books because most are very poorly written. Also I know that Dreamweaver MX 2004 supports asp and .NET.

actually, they've launched new search system called "iGrep" recently - there is direct search link in these forums Index Page - works great as far as I've checked it, returning only relevant articles and codes from all around DevShed's forums.
