This contest is nearly identical to my other contest, but this time I will require that you have NO TEXT.
 Again, I will require everyone to use an HTML document type with a base layout: Code:

</html>
You get the idea...you can of course add more <p> tags, but only use standard CSS and no other html please. The winner will get a reputation point from me, and possibly from others if i can get anyone to agree to. When your page is done, put a link to it in a post in this thread. So, get creatin'!

since everyone in the last one used div tags i have done so hear, sorry i was half way through this for the last contest but ran out of time.
But at least i can finish it for this one, sorry WSM didn't look nor check for validation, i will slap my own hand  but i had a go anyways, enjoy http://www.rollaway.co.uk/blah.htm

yep thats nice indeed, very nice effect, its also god for showing the differences between IE and other browsers, and yep i agree that the next contest should be more complex but it will put me out of the running, god and whats the time scale on this he he
