Could you do something in 5 years with millions of dollars?
This is just getting stupid now. Microsoft has yet AGAIN delayed the release of Vista. It has been 5 years and they've had millions upon millions of dollars. Can't they get it right? Everyone else has come out with 3+ new versions of their OS since then.

It's surprising that the life of their company hasn't depended on it. I barely even use Windows anymore. Who in their right mind uses expensive, out-of-date software? Well, a lot of people do. But who should?

well, I guess Microsoft is the only company on earth that can allow itself such things.
their flow of cash is very secured, so they can take their time.

if the Vista will be as expected of it, it's worth the delay - but I highly doubt it would
be this way.. much more likely it's the same old thing with slight design changes.
