Ok here listen con is an old msdos stuff that's

STEP1: goto command prompt

STEP2: type in prompt e:\> "mkdir \\.\e:\con"

STEP3: verify by typing "dir \\.\e:\con"

STEP4: delete the file or folder "rmdir \\.\e:\con"

So u got it u can't delete the folder either in gui use the above step to delete it. Hope u enjoyed
This way u can create any folder namely lpt1,com1,com2
Do not type the "" also remove them.
To add files into these folder just create a new folder in that folder then copy and paste files.
