Deleting thread + code editors

how do you delete a thread once your problem has been solved??? also whats the differeence between threads and posts???

btw- does any1 know of any free code editors [which i can download] out there which can program in asp and html???

you can't delete your thread, only moderators can remove threads.

a thread is a new topic so to speak, like this one
"Deleting thread + code editors" is the THREAD, but
your message and mine are both POSTS in the THREAD

do a google search for free html editor, I am sure you will
get a lot of results.

I use Programmers Notepad 2.

And it's best not to delete threads once the problem has been solved. Leave the thread there so others can see the solution, many people reach the forum via search engines looking for solutions to their problems. If you solved the problem yourself, it's still best to post the solution.
