Dang we're starting to get low. 3 gallons of milk left in the fridge! We also have a big block of cheese and a smaller block that has about 1/5 left. Not the processed crap either real cheese from a dairy.

I think you need your own personal cow to torture. You sure you don't already have one up in those back woods of yours?

I used to drink a tall glass of milk first thing everytime I walked in the door. Then I moved out and started paying for it myself.

Side note: This place is weird. Everyone's in a different colour.

I read Computer Shopper for a few days at the beginning of each month, but I don't read the newspaper, instead I just have a quick scan through of the BBC News or Google News. I've never visited, what is it, /.org before, I'll take a look.

Welcome cybersaga, I though this place was a little void of bovine

Speaking of pork rinds - did y'all know that since the whole carb craze, pork rind sales have gone up more than 18% in the last year (triple the normal rate of the snack industry). What a world we live in that sales of shaved meat from a pigs backbone fried into amber colored pellets would increase by such a margin....

Personally, I put the low card diet into a category of nonsense I like to call "Media induced Fads that people use to lie to themselves". Other illustrious members of this group include Dr. Phil and John Edward of Crossing Over with John Edward (what a douchebag )

Jimmy I'm not on a diet. Long day at school just felt like eating something good. The new diet craze is low sugar from whgat I hear. Well I tried the low carb thing. I didn't even know of atkins. I just thought if carbs were your main source of energy you don't have much then your body will go to other sources of energy (fat). Well I felt weak after the first week so I said screw it. If you want to lose weight just eat a balanced diet. Try empty stomach cardio. Say you do a workout in the morning. Don't eat anything. Only dirnk water. Nothing with calories. You stomach is empty and your basically running on fat. I can tell you after a summer straight of doing empty stomach cario for and hour and a half a day I was really starting to see my abs.

Well I guess I used to be really crazy. That was the days when I was still playing football. My typical day in the summer would look like this:

3:30-5:00 AM- Wake Up and immediatly get on stairstepper
5:00-6:15 AM- Eat breakfast and get ready for work
6:15-7AM- Ride bike 4 miles to work (not whole time to ride that far I weould just always be there early
7AM-3:30PM - Trim Christmas trees (30 minutes lunch)
3:30-3:45- 4 mile bike ride back home
3:45-5PM - Lift (monday wednesday friday)
5-7:30PM- Eat, Surf the net, watch TV
7:30PM - Go to bed

I would always get 8 hours of sleep. I cvan tell you I was pretty healthy after that summer. I had a 6 pack at the end of that summer. Weighed 145 pounds and was at about 10% bodyfat. Yeah that kind of changed with the old concussions. I'm like 22% bodyfat now since I was ordered no physcial activity for like 3 months straight.

My current stats are:
Height- 5'8"
Weight- 190
Bench: 225
Squat: 410
Trap Bar deadlift: 475
Age: 16

Not bad eh?

I hate to see you catching up to me on those stats cody. I guess I should be happy your on your little pork rind/toco bell kick, cause your making me look like an old man.

As for an empty stomach workout, can't do it. I actually get the shakes on an empty stomach, no good. Though when I eat it's not tipically a big meal.

@matthuxtable /. is still one of my favorite places to go for a little tech news. A real OOS bias to it, and you need to search through the garbage, but ever once in a while you'll find something good in there.
What I like to see is a story on their site showing up a weak later on CNN or MSN, and you think to yourself, "these guys are so behind". Other times it's something just kinda funny/nerdy. The feedback for the articles is undeniably funny/sarcastic/mean and herdish.

I have a similar schedule:
7:30 - 8:00 AM - Wake up and immediately smoke a cigarette.
8:30 - 9:00 AM - grab a coke on the way out the door and arrive at work
9:00AM - 12:15 PM - drink a pot and a half of coffee, troll devshed while sitting on conference calls and getting bedsore-like sh!t on my a$$ from the horrible chair they have me sitting in
12:15PM - 1PM - Eat lunch at some sandwich place and bitch about people at work with other co-workers
1PM - 5PM - (see 9AM-12:15pm)
5pm - 7pm - WOrk on some inane internet project that marketing has come up with at 4:45pm and needs implemented by tomorrow morning (motherf*ckers)
7pm - 3am - eat honey-roasted peanuts and drink water while chainsmoking, trollign devshed, and working on freelance projects/personal business all while girlfriend sits on couch watching HBO.

I sleep 4 hours a night on average and guess what? In high school I was just like you! You've got some great life changes to look forward to!

Almost forgot:
Height- 5'11"
Weight- 190
Bench: have a nice one in the kitchen, from my mother
Squat: prefer indian-style
Trap Bar deadlift: I got rid of mine when I got a bigger TV - needed the space
Age: 16 + 7 years (just 7 more cody, just 7)

Not bad eh?
