Did you guys ever notice that this site is built on PHP , you think they would have made it asp.

is there any disavantages of asp over php

Yeah, we noticed... it gets posted every now then

PHP vs ASP

Well, ASP is old tech, it hasn't been updated for about 5 years and
PHP is always being developed. I supose that these days, a better
comparison would be PHP and ASP.NET.

I like C# and .NET for WinForms but am not a huge fan of ASP.NET,
maybe ASP.NET 2 will convert me.
