has anyone got anyideas why firefox has stopped copying and pasting

nope, is it just when you use ctr c or when you right click and choose copy too? tried re-installing? What version you running?

I had that quite a lot. I couldn't copy text from the browser, or
the URL from the address bar. I never did find a cause/solution
for it though, but now I am running FF 1.5 beta2, and I haven't
had that problem with it yet...

Yup, it's a pretty good browser, but once you get used to adblock,
there is just no substitute... [Opera'a 'Adfilter' sucks']

i have repeatedly tried opera but i have really never been impressed. Firefox impressed the first time i used it and has never dissapointed...

Next time you try it, play with 'Mouse Gestures'. FF has an
extension that is similar, but no-where near as good...

the other way around for me.

never happened for me in the 1.0x versions, but keep happening in
Deer Park.

I just have to close the browser and re-open it, and usually it's
working again.

Deer Park is old now. FF1.5 beta 2 is out... Install that, see if it
fixes it for ya...
