okay i have done as instructed, now it is doing completed 0 of 3000000 steps and is running at 100% CPU ???????????????????????????????????????????? |

lol okay cool, cos i have my machine on 24/7 but thought arghhhhhhhhhhh what the hell its hammering my machine.
okay so if its using all my cpu, wont that in affect by damaging and over heating my cpu ???????????? |

make sure you don't run the F@H twice (check the task manager) and post here
more lines from the log file. |

yeah i closed everything dowm, it was running more than one...

let it work for at least 15 minutes, if it won't start folding remove EVERYTHING, download
clean version and try again. if you have it set as Service don't manually run the console. |
