That sounds about right ![]() Basically, it uses ALL the free CPU cycles in your machine. It wont affect perfromance as it will drop its use as more is needed for other things. When it has done 3000000 of 3000000 steps it will log the results and that is your first work unit |

If you run the -config switch, you can tell the console to use IE settings, or specify the proxy settings in the config script itself... it allows you to specify the address of the proxy, port, and username and password if required. My proxy uses an off-standard port for traffic, but the settings in the console allow it to work just fine. Avoid opening up a port in the proxy if you can. |

let it work for at least 15 minutes, if it won't start folding remove EVERYTHING, download
clean version and try again. if you have it set as Service don't manually run the console. |

it is set as service.... so are you saying i must not dbl click on the .exe i must just leave it?

indeed, you must not execute it again, the service is doing that already. to see your
progress you can manually view the log file or use something like FahMon program. anyway, sample log file data: Quote:

use the same nickname so that you get the total credit for it ... usually within 24 hours after you complete your first WU, the blue flower should appear.
