"m" -> when you join your lips together(it can't be "b" for example.. it's a clear "m"!! )
oo-> is not exactly o & o but something like a soft roar..
ts -> you have to end the "moo" with something(otherwise you sounds like a cow ) and the "ts" it sounds cute..
Anyway, that's my poor explanation..
the fact is that we use it a lot in greece, is not my "word"..
