Its about emailing - I dont know who to ask.
Hi, Im running a service on my site, and basically I need to email all of my members with new announcements.
I dont want to just send an email through a normal outlook message because if you put multiple emails in the 'To' box - it will show the recipitent who else it was sent to (and I dont want that - confidentiality etc.)

Anyone know if there is any software that can send the same message to different users, but make it look personalised each time? Or can outlook do it? Im running the 2003 edition.

Outlook can certainly do it, just put all the addresses in the bcc field rather than the to field.

or, use loop and email one at a time with the same contents. are you familiar

And I dont have a BCC field in my New Message form - only To and CC

Click the TO on the new message window and that will open a new window and allow you to add to the BCC field!

However if you want it personalised then you need to go via Shdows looping method really as then you can personalise the email for each person!

Lol - Just sent a mass email to 100 customers. I sent a copy to myself too - found out I made a spelling mistake (you can tell my business isnt going to last long )

notice those mistakes and it would make the business look amateur in their opinion.

lots or regular mistakes yes, but the odd one or two is ok, depending on the length of the doc of course. Everyone makes mistakes!! Were not perfect

it wasnt too bad a mistake - I wass supposed to write the words 'Lucky Affiliate' - but I wrote 'Luck Affiliate'. Not technically a spelling mistake, but it's bad grammer.

10% of 100 is only 10, so I'm not too bothered. lol
