JMH - Missing in Action
Hey all,

I've been missing in action for a little bit. Of course, nobody noticed

Anywho, I was processed out of the Navy yesterday, (officially today) and I have been packing and cleaning and such. Now I'm on the road back, on my way to Michigan. Currently staying in Somerset, PA for the night. Left Virginia this morning and drove for about 5-6 hours. Anywho, just thought I'd peep in here and see what's going on. Take it easy and I'll catch up with you all in a while!

Thanks! This is just a visit. I'm just waiting on a start date for my new job and I'll be moving near D.C.

Its quite hard to put in perspective just how big your piece of land is across the pond compared to our little Island.

I mean I've drove to Paris before and that was a trek and still it aint even half-way up your east coast never mind going across the way.

S'pose our roads are worse than yours for traffic mind but that aside I hope you got some decent music to keep you accompany J.

Try tuning in to some Brit Music that'll keep you going.

i can travel through 4 states (north/south) quicker than i can get across pennsylvania (west). i live in eastern PA and it would take me 5-6 hours to get to my dad's who was in central/western PA. yet i could get to VA in 4 hours (4 states away south) ... or CT in 3.5 hours (4 states away north). go figure.

Nope it don't figure to a stick-in-the-wood like me. Your land is just so vast ours so small and cold.

Seattle is still the most favourite place in the WWW that I'd like to vist, however with my fear of flying growing by every "Aircrash Investigates" episode then I might get their one day once the Transaltantic Tunnel is built.

And I think my occasional commute to Bristol (3 hours away) is a drag!!! That's a hardcore roadtrip J...
Like Paul said really don't think we on this side of the pond have a grasp of just how vast your country is!!
