I see you have just implemented some karate belt type stuff.

What grades do you need to complete in order to progress in the karate chain?

i don't like yellow

I just noticed this as well. When did we start getting belts? That's one of the most original ranking systems I've seen.

Whilst it makes it easier to justify having bigger avatars (as having a 100px high avatar now no-longer affects the height of the "user bar") I do think it seems a bit unprofessional and akin to those forums you find through Google set up by 14 yearolds. (No offense to any young 'uns reading this, of course)

I think it's very nice - when it started? right now in the last hour. I read one post, no belt. I read another post, belt appear. at first I thought it's new avatar of the user his post I read, but later I understood it's global ranking system. there is typo though - nofriends and the Dude have yellow belts as far as my eyes can see!!
probably there are three belts, but I'm not sure yet...

They have white belts with yellow strip, their in between a True White Belt and a True Yellow Belt.

nofriends, Dan is kind of "blackness amount" of black belt - you can be simply Black Belt, but having higher Dan means you're better.

nice one Dude... there are so many belts, I doubt all of them are in use. at least now the yellow belt is known to be given at exactly 500 posts. probably another belt at 750, another at 1000 etc... but no Dan for poor Memnoch!
