Okay I aint great on virtual art on the web, but I'm guessing you could use either Flash for this or import a java applet, like I said I'm a bit grey about the required edges. Perhaps, If you tried first with your main page then we could start from there.

You say you want users to come onto your site and draw their best pieces, how do you invisage storing this art. Then again I;m jumping the gun, lets get a design down first. Get yourself a free asp hosting company and then come back here and post in the html forums to get yourself upto date with css and web compatibility.

yeah i think you wanna use flash, probably posting on the wrong forum for that kinda help. Not sure there are any flash gurus here. Search for the FlashKit forums, that should help you out Chris.
