Moving back to the UK - booo!
After spending much longer than I should have out here in Australia it looks like the time is finally closing in for me to return to the UK - boo hoo
 So from all the blighty side members I would like some advice. I run my own freelance web dev/design business here, and would like to set up in the UK doing the same thing. So first thing I would need to set up is reliable ADSL - who would you recommend, and also who would you advise against? Second - what are the average going rates for various web dev/design works? I dabble in almost every area, so as much info as you can give would be great. And I promise I won't steal your clients  Though I may contract out some work to you if you're interested/available.Thanks all, I look forward to any advice you can give me.

selwonk If I've posted some code above, you might think it looks a bit simplistic. It might be. I'd rather people tried the next step themselves rather than getting a full solution on a plate. That way they learn more!

As a belated update to this saddening news - I turned the tables and am now a full Australian resident
No need to go back to the UK - only to visit with family and friends, but they all seem to want to come here now!!
