Depends where you are (geographically speaking) and where your target market is. Also the services you provide.
I'm in Australia, with a largely Australian client base, and rates vary between AU$35 and AU$75 per hour depending on the technology used/size of project/time frame.

I believe that decent payment for basic freelance job is $10-$20 (u.s. dollars) per hour.
>>page basic and project basic: page basic probably means payment per page, project basic means payment per project - for example you're being asked to build full website and you would be paid one payment no matter how much time it would take to build this website or how many pages it would be. |

Sounds like a steal -- all the work is done, all you have to do is click on "save as HTML" and voila! If Singapore dollars are anything close to us dollars, I think you've got an easy 650. (I could have it done before lunch.)

lolx... sound great!
But how you convert the psd file to html format by just click on the save as HTML? Please tell me if there is such convenient software .Just kidding, haha... ya, it migth be simple for you. I was suffer a lot for the layout alignment. What i see in dreamweaver is fine, but when i browse it on the browser, the top part of the page seem drop down a bit. Hope I can solve it by today ![]() PS: I feel application development is much more easier than this, haha... next time i should accept application devt only |

psd is usually a PhotoShop file extension, isn't it? Just open the images in PhotoShop, and click on file --> save for Web.
This will translate the image to jpeg or gif and allow you to select an efficient file size (so that your users don't have to wait forever for them to load.) If you don't have PhotoShop, you may be able to open these files with some other graphics programs, but you may loose some of the advanced features. |
