greek doughnuts with honey syrup.
For the dough you'll need: 1) 3/4 kgr flour 2) 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast 3) worm water 4) 1 teaspoon salt For the syrup: 1) 2 brew sugar 2) 1 brew honey 3) 1 brew water cinnamon for the powdering In a basin you mix the flour with the salt. You add the yeast soluted to a glass of water. You add slowly warm water till your dough be NOT lap, NOT choky but somewhere in the middle. You blend it with your hand or a spoon.. You cover it with a blanket and you hold it for 2-3 hours in a warm place. Then you warm up olive oil in a frying pan. You are taking little balls of the dough with a spoon and you place them to the pan. You fry them to the both sides and you take them out and place them to an absorbent paper for a while. The syrup: You boil all the sugar, the water and the honey together. Let it cold for a while and place it on the top of the doughnuts.. Powder with cinnamon. Bonne appetit. ![]() |

Chocolate Shuffle (dedicated to my friend Shamrog
)*very easy* 1) 500 gr dark chocolate 2) 8 eggs 3) 1 + 1/2 brews flour(hard) 4) 2/3 brew butter 5) 8 tablespoons sugar You melt the chocolate in the steam(in a pan with boiled water you place a smaller pan with the chocolate). You add the butter, the sugar and you take it away of the hot plate. Then you add the eggs one by one and at the end you add the flour and you blend it very well. In a very hot oven you bake it for 10'. Suggestion: Try it with ice cream. Bonne appetit. ![]() |

If you can hold your finger inside the water for 10'' is great temperature. Not very hot because that will destroy the yeast. I'll be glad to hear that you made it! ![]() |
