Recommendations for a good ASP book
Easy all, I've read most of ASP Maade Simple and I've gathered the basics. But a) its not that advanced it doesn't really cover stuff like internal functions for example Len or Lcase, b) Its not that well written c) the examples/code snippets aren't very good either. So I'm left wanting more, but maybe a jump in skill that'll cover more difficult code snippets. Can anyone recommend a good book thats of novice/medium level user standard....

I've learned classic ASP from the good old ASP For Dummies.... guess it's as good as it was back then.

the best advice is don't pay out for a book use online sites, the best by far has to be
http://www.w3schools.com/ then anything that the library has is also a good point of reference, i often get fines for taking books back late on computer stuff, tut tut me ![]()

The web is a great resource, but you can still read a book when your connection is down.

ive just finished asp.net in 24hours and that was an excellent book to jump me from nothing to enough to create basic pages. Today i recieved ASP.NET unleashed to start getting further into depth with it all. I know this is .net and not standard asp but i would recommend looking at the SAMS published books...
