Your rep power is dependant on more than just your rep points.
You get another rep point for:
You get your first power point when you reach 50 posts, and as you've been here just over a year, you have a total of 2. Which user are you refering to that has power of 3 with only 10 points?

also, note that if you have less than 10 points yourself, your Reputation Power will
be 0 no matter how many posts you have or for how long you're member. |
