reputation link as signature

I was thinking, is it possible to put a hyperlink or something like that into your forum signature which redirects to the reputation popup window when a user clicks on it? I tried some variations but nothing works. Anyone an idea?

No, you need the link to contain the post id, so your sig would
have to be different on every post.

Why would you want to though? The rep icon appears on every
post as it is...

i guess the thinking behind it would be if it appears twice then there is twice as much chance that someone will click on it

I don't get it. Everyone knows it's there, I don't see the need for
asking for rep in a sig, or trying to make a link to it...

whatever Chief..I was just curious about it but i quess you don't know how to create it and you know better....lots of people don't know the existance of the scales icon...when you don't believe me, then just start a new thread asking who hasn't rated a thread in the past..LOTS of people will answer "positive" on that question.
About the postid and submitter id i knew already, so please tell me something i don't know already.

The people who might not know it's there can't give you ant points
anyway, and seeing as how you clearly just want as many of them
as you can get, those few will make no difference to your total...

First thing: Disagreeing on a post is ok, but taking 1 point from me is very sad and not very professional!!!

Second thing: In general i work for recognition and not for points!! When i get points, for me it doesn't mean getting more recognition. When newbies are rating a thread without giving points, i see it as recognition. Points are just an extra.

ow and thirth thing: i don't believe in medication!

maybe this has blown out of all proportion and should be closed?
