@noFriends - The officer look very worried after hearing the details.
He put gentle hand on your shoulder and ask you quietly:
"You look like capable warrior. We can use someone like you. Can I
offer you to join us? I fear there is little we can offer, but we are
in desperate situation." He pause for a second then add:
"Also, remember that you'll be part of big army so it's not very high
risk. If you agree, I can give you 150 GP in advance and you'll get
more for each successful task you perform. Deal"?
[you can either agree and become part of the organized City Guard,
or you can be "lone wolf" - and keep all treasure to yourself. what will
you choose?]

@shem - You follow the dark figure outside. You easily see this is female,
and you have the impression she's aware you follow her. But she does not
show any sign and keep walking casually. Finally she reach small house in
dark area, mess with the lock for couple of seconds and enter the house.
You notice she did not lock the door behind her... What will you do?

@Dark Caller - The woman sigh in relief and say:
"Thanks the gods, they didn't find me yet. Why do you follow me?" she
now demands. "If you mean me no harm, at least explain what you're doing
here". After some thought, she adds: "Maybe we can help each other. Tell
me what you're doing here and why did you follow me and maybe I'll share
my knowledge with you".

@GunBlade - The bodies are burned to the bone. However you find small
pouch made of leather that somehow survived the heat. Inside, you can
see six gems in different colors. Before you can search the bodies any
further, one of the Guards arrives and ask you gently:
"who are you, and what are you doing here? you have any idea why those
fellows tried to attack you? we need all the information you can give us".
After looking at his comrade the solider add: "also, if you found something
on the bodies you must report us, it's not yours. and maybe it's important
for the investigation we're now doing."
[you know you better tell the truth, and you also capable of some tricks
that will allow you to hide part of the gems if you decide to admit what you
found. The guards might have seen you find something.]

nofriends, being a warrior, and not the best team
player, declines the proposal of the officer, but he also
says: "I will do everything in my power to stop this disaster!"

BBD, a fiercely balanced warrior makes his way into the tavern. He stands tall and brave as he walks up to the bartender and orders a root beer. He is, after all, under the legal drinking age. As gossip stirred of the 17 year-old warrior, BBD began to become all the more interested in saving this peculiar kingdom of Tromendor.

"Certainly", said GunBlade, "I have found this leather pouch on the bodies, I thought there might be an I.D inside, but it was empty. I have no idea why they tried to attack me, but I'm certain it had something to do with the reason I was in the pub. Everybody knows that I answer special questions, so maybe they thought I was rich for doing so, which I'm not." While talking to the guards, GunBlade is attempting to stuff the gems into his back pocket without their notice.

@noFriends - The officer look somewhat disappointed, and says:
"OK, it's your choice. Take this, maybe it would help you. my commander won't
let me go there until he 'speaks with the mayor' - I tell you, this bureaucracy
would kill the city. if only I could talk with the King..." He rolls his eyes, and you
get small paper with rough map drawn on it. The pub is marked, and so is house
not far from the pub. The officer enters the pub and leave you alone outside.
What will you do? You can walk directly to the house, or collect more information
in the pub...

@BBD - Welcome! Actually, the legal age for drinking in Tromendor is 16.
The pub around you is messed up from the recent events. Many of the people
fled outside and the green acid starts to cool down, leaving big hole in the floor.
The bartender says: "Yeah, what a mess. I knew the man who exploded to acid,
can't figure what's going on. What kind of arrow can turn a man into acid?"
You also see two guards approaching the arrow, which is inside the acid, and
carefully taking it with special gloves.
What will you do? You can ask the bartender or the guards whatever you want,
or you can just sit and watch.

@GunBlade - The trick almost succeeds. You hide five of the gems and then:
"Hey, let me see this gem! Don't mess with us, Sir..."
You also see the arrow being taken out of the acid. The guards take the
arrow to their officer who just came in.
What will you do?

General Note: once things get rolling, I'll add Experience System. gain enough
experience to level up and become stronger!

I overheard your conversation with the boy... I wondered what trouble you were in?

@Dark Caller - The woman look at you closely and carefully. Finally she says:
"I'm so stupid... I knew someone might hear. Never mind, you look like decent
man and strong fighter, I thank the gods for that. Well, you better see this.
I found it on my bed two days ago, when going to sleep". She takes out paper
with the following written on it in strange writing:
"Dear Lady Dorana. We know about Jimmy. Unless you give us 1000 PP in cash,
your secret will be made public. Bring it within two days to the location marked
in the map behind and put it inside the big jar in the basement. If the money
would not be there when the sun rise you will regret it. No games, we are
watching you." The woman let you read and says:
"You see? I have only few hours and Jimmy is now getting the money. I'm sure
someone will be there now, hiding somewhere. Let's go together now, I don't
want Jimmy to get into trouble because of me..."
The map on the back of the paper show the way to small house not far from
your current location. What will you do?

Before we go any further; who is Jimmy?

GunBlade is examining the arrow in the officer's hand, and says: "May I look at that? I might be able to help you with your investigation..."

Suddenly, BBD walks up to the bar and asks the bartender for two bruschies - one for himself and one for the lady he noticed from across the bar. He pulled out his wallet to pay for the drinks when the bartender informed him the drinks were on the house. Specifically, if he ran an errand for the bartender. BBD jumped on it (free drinks, right?), but only after asking the bartender a few questions.

What was the man who exploded to acid's name?
Did this man have any enemies?
Do you know where the arrow came from?

after desiphering the rough map just given to noFriends,
he decides to go directly to the house, he knocks on the
door loudly...
