Script For Money!!!

I own a web hosting company called My Invision. My Invision offers the best most popular forum service on the web, InvisionPowerBoard(IPB) for FREE!

Before we open we need one thing, at the time accounts are set up manually but we would like for people to be able to set them up instantly. Can someone create a script for us that will allow members to do so?

I will offer you money, or a presidential (age is not a concern)spot in our online company if you can have it done in 4 days or less.

What language do you want it in? ASP.net(vb or c#), php, etc..? How do you want the logins stored, access, sql server, XML?
