Simple problem with opening asp pages
Hello all
I've got a simple problem but I don't know how to solve it. I donloaded a web application form the web which includes couple of asp files. So when I open index.html and click on the links to those asp files, instead of running the code inside, my browser tries to donload them. It opens a save dialog box and asks me where I want to save this already existing asp files ! Does anyone know solution to this problem? Thanks in advance. Hakan |

You'll need to have IIS, or at the very least PWS, installed. You also need to have the files in the root of the IIS web.

And asp code in files included from an html page won't execute. The starting page must be an asp page to run included asp code.

there is also ASP support for Apache servers, but only for ASP written in perl-script... and it's not full version of ASP so it's not good idea to use it.
