it didn't surprise me at all, and also it should not cause so much
shock - you must remember that although many people have no money, they also live in very different culture, where money is almost meaningless anyway. they can't buy TV for example. where the average income is less than $5, the costs are also very very cheap - thus, this whole thing is twisted.
