Think eskimos -> Why can they withstand -100F and I would get hypothermia. The answer, you are a product of your environment. Some monkeys sat in trees all day and didn't need to learn how to walk across plains, others did.

because its not grammatically correct. All singular forms of words cannot be applied a plural form. English is counter-intuitive when it comes to singularity. 11 really stands for 1-10 and 1-1, both singular. Its just a modern version of the roman numerals. |

If the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into? If space is considered nothing, and it is expanding, how is it taking on volume since volume is a property of matter?

This is quite a common argument used [ignorantly] by creationists to refute the theory of evolution. Humans did not evolve from the monkeys we see today - we simply share a common ancestor. ![]()

It is expanding into "chaos" (to put it in one generally-accepted layman's terms). And space isn't considered "nothing". It's the difference between empty and null. Space may be empty, but it's not null. |

Read this sentence:
FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE- SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIF- IC STUDY COMBINED WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS. Now count the F's in that sentence. ANSWER: There are six F's in the sentence. A person of average intelligence finds three of them. If you spotted four, you're above average. If you got five, you can turn your nose at most anybody. If you caught six, you are a genius There is no catch. Many people forget the "of"s'. The human brain tends to see them as V's and not F's. Pretty weird, eh? |
