The Zuzim Game - answer questions and earn zuzim!

OK fellows, time to start new game - hope it would catch in here.

The game rules are simple: (still, please read them carefully!)

1. Each post must contain a question. If you have answer
   to some question but don't have question to ask, you are not
   allowed to post reply. The questions are the whole point of this
   game.
   The only execption is when someone posted answer to
   question you asked - in that case you are allowed to post reply
   telling if the answer is correct or not and you can also clarify
   the question or add tips. However, in such case you are not
   allowed to answer other questions unless you posted another
   question of your own. Such answer will be invalid and you may
   get "fee" of up to 5 Zuzim.
2. Every question should get its own unique number. The
   number of the first question that is going to be posted here in
   this post is 1. The number of the next question will be 2 etc..
   this is the responsibility of the member posting the question to
   add this number as the title of the question, e.g. Question #3
3. Every question has its own Difficulty Level which is number
   between 1 (very easy question) and 10 (very hard question)
   this Difficulty Level is decided by the person who ask the question,
   but must follow some common sense.
4. When posting question, add to its title the Difficulty Level of
   the question, or in short DL, e.g. Question #3 (DL: 2)
5. There can be only one question per post/reply. You are not
   allowed to post more than 3 such posts in a row.
6. The member who post question is responsible to track the
   replies to his/her question. If answer is posted, the member who
   posted the answer is allowed to send Private Message to the
   member who posted the question if he/she does not reply
   within 3 days in the thread. If the member who posted the
   question does not respond for one whole week, he/she might
   get "fee" of 1-10 Zuzim.
7. Correct answer give the member who posted it
   amount of Zuzim equal to the Difficulty Level of the question.
   Tracking the Zuzim amount is the responsibility of each member,
   each member starts with 0 Zuzim in his/her pockets.
8. You are allowed to answer as many unclosed questions as
   you like in one post.
9. When posting answer quote the original question you're
   answering, or at least its Number.
10. There may be lots of different answers to the same question.
    The member who posted the question will decide which is the
    correct answer and the first member who posted this correct
    answer will gain the Zuzim. If two members posted the same
    correct answer in the same minute both are the winners.
11. If there is more than one correct answer, the member who
    posted the question decide who is the winner. Up to three
    members can "share" the Zuzim for harder questions if they
    posted partial answers or were only close to the correct answer.

OK, I hope this covers everything.. bottom line this game require
speed and google skills as most probably most of the questions
can be solved by googling.

Of course, the questions can be whatever on your mind as long
as it follow some common sense.

Primary Key is used to identify the fields by acting as unique identifier and it allow
