Three-Word Story

3-word story had such amazing results (1400 posts) that I decided to re-visit the idea of a 3-word story. The only difference is I want to address the problem of the 1st one before it becomes a problem in this new one.
In the first one coherency was absent because the story was missing. The other half of the problem is that it wasn't readily available for someone to come along and read. Well, I have a solution!

This solution is a little more work for each individual post but it adds so much. Here's an example
Old 3-word story
Post 1
Once upon a time,
Post 2
There was a
Post 3
newbie programmer who

New way
Post one
Once upon a time,
Post two
Once upon a time,
there was a
Post three
Once upon a time, there was a
newbie programmer who
That way people can follow the storyline better. Also I'll give a rep point to anyone who will take the time to sum up my "Unlucky Larry, the Tech Support guy" thread.

Remember, copy and paste the story, last post, then post your own where we can see what you did (that's why the new post was seperate, to see what you contributed.

I say enough already with the game threads...

nice idea, but it would crash when reaching the 10,000 characters limit...
the current game is good enough, it's not like there's any real story anyway.
anyway, script can be written to iterate through the thread and collect its posts.

LoL, I suppose. I think he's trying too hard to make a successful thread. He's being a follower as opposed to a leader.
