What type of printer is better for photos?
Hi Guys,
I'm thinking of buying a printer. I was just wondering which type is better for photos, is it inkjet or laser? Cheers!

It all depends on how much you want to spend I think... A thermal printer is IDEAL but is very pricey! I have had inkjet printers (epsons, hp's, lexmark's and canon's). The best quality I've ever gotten was from my epson. |

lasers are better but they cost more! That is always the way
![]() Depending on how many photos you want to print take a look at printers that are designed just for printing photos, eg the canon selphy. I got one for my mum and the quality is excellent. But if you are printing a lot of photos it won't be cost effective and only prints one size. I used to use my epson photo 895 which printed great quality but now i just get them printed online, there are loads of places that are fairly cheap and there are often free deals for new customers so i work my way round those too and get free prints ![]() just my 0.02£ worth ![]()
