but i wonder why MS issue these news and let hackers use these flaws to make new kind of viruses/adwares to exploit these flaws. They shud first make patches of them and then tell these were the flaws!!

Well once the flaw is found it is bound to leak out so i guess an official publication makes it look like they are in control of it

Maybe, i would certainly move over to macOS if i could afford to, although there are still compatibility issues there i believe and also when it comes to upgrading the machine not quite so easy as with Windows!
