I am wonder still new developments are going to be done in ASP

--moved to the Lounge, this is more of a general discussion rather than
programming issue.

to your question, I believe that new developments will be done with ASP
because it's very easy to learn language and it does not require "heavy tools"
to write in.. you can write whole website with Notepad and SQL Server Express
which means 0$ cost besides the programming time itself.

naturally those with VB/VBScript background will choose this for small scale
websites, although not as much as in the past.
