Worst job

Alright people

many people say "I hate my job!" but do nothing about it. What this thread is here to do is make readers--such as yourselves--feel better about your job and ultimately your life. Now, what you have to do is post the worst job you've ever held and then post the worst job (REAL JOBS ONLY PEOPLE!!) you can think of. I'll give an example.

I didn't have many jobs so far. I was a busboy at a pizza place, a tutor at school, and now I'm an office assistant/computer maintainer/DB administrator/whatever else is needed of me.

My worst job to date would probably have to be this one. I like my job, I like my boss, I do have fun here... but it's often a lot of work doing all the stuff I do. I also have to deal with very mean people (one really so far but business is slow) Bah, this job is both rewarding and troublesome.

Worst job held... Real Estate office assistant.

Worst job in my opinion... Tech support

I'd have a terrible time. People are mean and it's hard to explain things that are so obvious. Example "Click the close button on the top right of the screen" "where's that" "GRRRRRR" lol

doesn't sound so bad, gecko... I'm sure there are lot worse jobs!!

as for me, I didn't have any bad job yet so can't point on the worst. probably working with people you can't stand is the worst case... for example if you're non smoker and the other workers insist on smoking in the office.

or if you are a smoker and the other insist on not smoking in the office!
Why do you tell me "don't smoke"? Do I tell you to smoke?

you can smoke all you want in the areas defined for that (smoking room for example) or outside. basic moral value state: "What is hateful to you, do not do to another". if I enjoy burning myself, does it mean I can burn you too? nope. same thing here.

I had a summer job in college working for a commercial roofing company....My job was to load 50 lb (110 kg) blocks of tar into a heater for them to melt. Then I had to fill the buckets with this hot melted tar and carry them up a latter to the top of the building where other guys with mops would mop the tar onto the roof....It paid crap and it sucked, it was hot, messy and the smell was awlful...One day I was carrying a bucket up the ladder and my foot slipped, I ended up spilling this hot bucket of melted tar all over my leg...I literally jumped out of my pants (in my underwear) to prevent getting 3rd degree burns on my leg...Needless to say after the tar cooled, the pants could stand up by themselves....I hated that job...I quit shortly there after!

The worst job I can think of....Probably a sewer worker who spends 8-10 hours a day in the sewer looking for blockages, cracks, etc...and clearing or fixing them.

Worst job for me will be a surgeon!
i wonder how they cut the body and then do their work and then most importantly, stitch the body back

Worst job I have ever had was in Telesales.

Worst job in the world? I have to agree with Micky! Eeeew!
But thankfully someone does it

and thankfully "that" someone is not me and more thankfully, "that" someone is not doing that on me
