can anyone plz help me .....its very urgent

hi,
i have to make a ASP page.............in which first i have to select a location
by the help of combo box (this location list will be dynamic).
and after selecting particular location ,i have to select network device (that
will also be dynamic list,through combo box).
and then i have to select vanity status.
vanity status have 6 options.vanity status will be selected by radio button.

and after selecting all this ...........a list of nos has to genrate.and from
this list of nos,i have to select more than one nos,and have to block them .

plz help me i dont knw anything in javascript.

my project is in asp and oracal

i can use ASP and oracal........
plz help me .......its very urgent

I have no idea using oracle but maybe the difference is only the connection string...
