I've found that once you start going beyond 2 level drop-downs the response times become awful, but that maybe to do with the set-up where I work.

These days I use Ajax and Shadows excellent code to populate multi-level drop-downs.

Jonathan, if your code is working, give us an example. I have tried but am getting the same error.
