Javascript - Can we not use the onload event but the images are still rotating?

Javascript - Can we not use the onload event but the images are still rotating?

I found site and it works exactly what I try to do for my site. The images are rotating and its loading the URL we specify as corresponding with that image.

The problem that I already the onload event on the body. The question is:

Can we not use the onload event, but the images are rotating..etc and it works similar like that?
