Question Checking Browser's setting

Hi,

I am putting up an ActiveX control on my web page. I want to check at run time if if the user accessing the webpage can download and initialize my control. In IE people can enable and disable activeX controls and plugins from the security settings. ow can i check these settings when someone access my webpage to display a user friendly messages.

Thanks.

Cheers,
DY
