Creating an endless border
Check out this link:
http://www.htmlgoodies.com/html4-ref/ You see on the right how the black border runs along from the very top of the window and runs all the way down until the end of it...how do you do that?

Oh I see. So it just repeats itself because it set as the background. I just thought they had done that differently some how. Thanks

Hey I forgot something though. I saw the link to the image but how would I use something like that with my webpage? I mean if I place that image in a table, there is still a gap from the very top of the window and the table. You know what I mean? I forgot how to fix it so that there is no gap between the very top and an image or table. Anyone know how to do this?
