Getting frame url into a variable

Heres a tricky one. Is there any way to make a frames page in ASP which gets the url of the pages in it. The reason I ask is that I have a site with frames and want to be able to F5 refresh, by setting the last url used in one of the frames to a variable, then having that page called in the frame set.

The big problem I face is that it has to all be done in the parent window, as the site consists of over 100,000 (No, thats no exageration or typo, 100,000 pages) page there is simply no way I can edit each individual page (In 1 lifetime at least)

Alternativly, anyone know of any software that can go through all files in a directory and its subdirectorys, and edit each file find/replace style. I am sure such software exists, I used to have some, but I just can't find it anymore

I know I am asking for the earth to move with this one, but I have been trying to do it for over a week solid and I have to admit defeat.
