Good cross browser compatible drop down CSS menu anyone?

Anyone happen to know of a good tutorial for making one? Or a downloadable one?

Preferably somewhat cross browser compatible, but it isn't essential.

I would also like it so when the user clicks on one of the main links the sublinks come up and when they click on the main link again the sublinks disapear.
