Hidding the adreess in the brwoser address bar

How can i hide the address of a page and show only the location on the site

you could have the page open in a new window and disallow the address bar from being shown (they could still make it visible). then just write the current path info to the page using ASP or PHP etc.

I do not want to hide de address bar, i just want to hide part of the addreess.
ex.: the browser shows "http://mysite/mypage.asp" and i want to show "http://mysite", without using frames!

Not necessarily elegant, but you could open the document within a frame so that only the frame's parent URL would display. If this were your index.html page, then even that would not normally display if the user entered your domain URL.
