Menu Table Overlay

Hi,

I have a page that is split into 3 frames, top, main, footer.
I have a dropdown menu in top frame.

On mouse over it displays the menu, but some of it is 'under' the main frame,
so i cannot see the whole menu.

Is there a way to overlap the menu over the main frame?
