Hi, i validated this page

The images are declared dynamically by PHP (be happy to give this to anyone who needs it), but I'm wondering if the JS is elegant for the layers that fade in and out. I'm concerned about wither or not the javascript can be leaner and process with less drain on the processor - see this page and look for function "fifo":

If you understand both js and css in conjunction and use js to control css, your feedback is especially valuable to me.
