Problems with dynamic table

I am having problems with a dynamic table that we use for a calendar function. It works fine with 2002 and 2003, but for some reason when choosing 2004 as the year it only works in periods where there are 5 weeks instead of 4. We use a 4-4-5 rotation for our periods, where Period 1 (Jan.) has 4, Period 2 (Feb.) has 4 and Period 3 (Mar.) has 5. This pattern repeats throughout the year. On the (4) months, the table continues all the dates on one line - instead of starting each week on a separate line. There is a lot of code, but I will attach all - it would be hard to understand the section it is breaking down on without seeing the rest.
